Brooklyn Daines RHNBrooklyn Daines RHN

Brooklyn was born and raised on a farm outside of Red Deer, Alberta. Upon graduating from high school she spent a year traveling and working over seas in Australia. Brooklyn received her diploma in Holistic Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Calgary.

Brooklyn’s health journey began in her late teens when she suffered from hormone imbalance and digestive troubles. In her attempt to find the answer to her health concerns, she noticed what doctors called a solution was simply just using medications to mask her symptoms and not addressing the root cause. It was Brooklyn’s strong belief in treating the body as a whole through the use of diet and lifestyle, combined with her passion for helping people, that influenced her to study Holistic Nutrition.
